My dad got me some American Wagyu strip steaks as a gift and to me, a little goes a long way. Great marbling is one thing, but Wagyu is way too rich for me to eat in “normal” portions. I know I’m in the minority, but it’s just not something I enjoyed all that much. I don’t regret trying it but wouldn’t buy it myself.

Yes and the trick to have the butter stay inside is to make a cut in the chicken flesh and insert the butter, then plug the cut with a slight bigger piece of chicken cut from the breast itself,
