Shes looking pretty! Family relative had a same spec pre LCI E92 M3 with a 6speed, those cars are great fun! Enjoy!

Plan for putting on plenty of miles on this one. Can't wait. Single owner 18k miles driven by a senior citizen. Couldn't ask for a cleaner car that's 13 yo 😂

18k miles is really good, make sure to check the rod bearings before the engine goes kaboom!

Getting it done at auto couture in 2 weeks! Planning for zcp EDC coding, GTS dct coding, active Autowerk test pipes with stage 2 and eventuri intake. That'll be the extent of mods. Maybe I'll do KW has down the line but will keep the OEM non zcp springs for the winter at least. Coming from CCBs to these brakes though..that's truly the only weakness of this platform imo. Not sure if I should just upgrade fluid, pads with SS brake lines or just get a proper front BBK

Oh so its a DCT, nice! Given the extent of mods, i suggest doing a full on BBK, from my experience that ive had with the E92, theres no reason to save those shitty brakes

Yeah it's a daily so dct suits me better. Haha and yeah you're probably right. Not like I'm gonna be driving it hard this winter anyways so probably in the spring we'll go all in with a BBK. Was reading there's specific kits meant to be used as front BBK only to keep the front/rear bias similar to OEM. People just match the pads in the rear and upgrade lines to SS.

Interesting. I never really dug into the rabbit hole of E92 BBK’s, but its good to know. Honestly maybe you could give a look to what brakes the Alpina E92’s were running, supposedly they werent bad, atleast on the “B3 GT3 Edition”

These look like the stoptech BBK just rebranded for Alpina. They're indeed very good. Roughly $4/3k in pricing front/rear brand new for the full kits with pads, rotors, calipers and SS lines.

This was the motivation I needed to convince myself that it's time to pull the Nardo Grey wrap off and let that Alpine White shine. It will be a perfect winter project, while the car is in hibernation.
