BM3 Custom Stage 2

Good afternoon everyone, I have a 2019 M5 f90, I would like to do a Stage 2+ on the E30 or E40, who do you recommend, Utku Noa or HCP? Thanks

I am thinking about a custom tune as well, and it will be by one of those two. I think they are about equal.
