I am here to stand up and vouch for PG. I have purchased my intakes, downpipes, and charge coolers from them. Additionally, I have gone through 3 sets of filters. (I like to change them more often at 5k mile intervals.)
Their customer support and response time has ALWAYS been top-notch and NEVER EVER one complaint about them. They are a great company to work with, just like any other situation don't be rude or demanding even if they might be in the wrong. We are all human, and we all make mistakes, and I can say PG is always willing to make it right!!! For example, I ordered custom colored charge coolers from them 3 weeks ago. Before shipping, they sent me 3 different color samples before we chose the final color. They even colored the first set and showed me an imperfection on the paint and asked me if I wanted them like that or if I wanted them to redo them. I op-ed for a fresh set without the imperfection. 5 days later, these beautiful GOLD charge coolers showed up at my door. I VOUCH FOR PG ALL DAY! THANK YOU PG FOR YOU SUPPORT!

Only thing slimy-er the PG ripping this client of theirs (ex-client now most likely)... is posting a discount code that probably pays you a commission/little kick back or free PG stickers when people put your personal discount code in. Maybe you're part owner or an investor in PG? #saveitaintnoonebuyingyourBS |

Good freakin' find brother! That is super slimy. At least we all know now thanks to you. Kudos! Affiliate marketing at its finest! (Worst?!) I thought his post sounded sketchy yesterday when I posted my comment, but I gave him some deference. That's worse than serhat06 posting his "show the CS some love" post ⬇️ https://www.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...php?p=29487497 immediately after getting trashed by OP. EDIT — Here's a couple of sus comments of extreme brand loyalty as well: ⬇️ https://f90.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1961030

There it is….
Would have been so much better to give the guy a new filter. Now we all know these are cheap Chinese junk. Now we all know we can buy these for 150.00 toss a sticker on it and have our very own project gamma. I’m going to call my company “project exposed”, kinda fits too, with the exposed air filters. Get it? If this isn’t reason enough to go with a better option I don’t know what is. #exposed |

I actually do need some. Especially after one of these garbage intakes or filters implodes and I’m on the ground picking up all the pieces to my 40,000.00 engine that blew up from sucking its own filter through the throttle bodies.
Don’t worry though I don’t blame you for the defensiveness, I’d be pissed too coming to realization that I spent 12-1300.00 on a cheap piece of junk anyone could buy for 150.00 |

If your worried don't mod the car lol. 30k plus miles on my M4 and another 20k on my last M5 of daily driving in Jersey with PG intakes and I never had an issue.

I’m not worried about modding my car…. I’d be worried modding it with some junk that could potentially destroy my expensive vehicle and a company who claims some top notch quality that’s clearly white labeled crap from alibaba.

Oh... you mean how any other performance mod could "potentially destroy" your motor...? Again don't mod lol. OP comment wasn't even about the quality of the filter, he likes the way it looks and sounds. He just wasn't satisfied with customer service. Anything else is just dragging the topic.
