My belt's medical buildout will be complete by piggybacking my Blue Force Gear "Hammock" CAT (tourniquet) holder to this Micro Trauma Kit. Image attached of this setup for reference. https://www.blueforcegear.com/micro-trauma-kit

After posting the above, I realized I should buy another CAT so I can keep the ones I already own where they are now. Instead of one , I ordered two more so I can add one to my car's medical kit.

I might be just as bad (potentially worse) than you. I have a problem with jeans and t-shirts. Unfortunately I've learned the differences of jeans, selvedge jeans and japanese selvedge lately. I've also become increasingly aware of deals on ebay of selvedge jeans by owners who have no clue what selvedge denim is. I bought 3 pairs of rare japanese selvedge jeans last week. Less than $150 for all three pair. Each pair should have been over $100-150.
I'll have to check out Jack and Jones. |

The Withings Body+ I use seems to be consistent; and it integrates into my Apple ecosystem flawlessly. This is also worth considering. www.withings.com

I have an ok-ish scale. Does the job, but the body metrics are just unreliable. I'm crazy lean these days. One morning I can weigh and it seems spot on, the next day I can stand on it and somehow I've gained almost 2-3% body fat in a day. I understand that water intake sways this heavily. |

You know what, I'd driven my last car owned by me with manual tranny in 2015. Starting with automatic at my 435i for the first time and meanwhile I couldnt imagine to turn back to manual. Even in crowd traffic its sooo relaxing just to hold the brake (if you had no comfort autohold) instead than holding the clutch also. Its much more comfortable without being lazy for me. The M4s with manuals are very rare here at Germany, but they are present, coupés and convertibles.

Bought a used set of 340/330 calipers and rotors to upgrade the f31d.
& Paint to make them pretty. Purchase and color were spousally approved (Yellow was disapproved). Figured the extra 1/2 inch or so for Mperformance really wasn’t worth $1000 more on a DD compared to stock 312/300!

Mind sharing where you purchased these.
I’ve got a set of power blocks and I’d love to get them off the floor. Barbell attachment looks great too. Quote:

About pedal pads: "Suitable for all transmission types". At first I thought both small ones should be mounted on the same pedal. But it looks like there's "one too many" (quote video). The option to kick through the floor and brake with the foot against the ground must be a valid reason to skip the clutch ("Safety first!").

Brake fluid is running low and need to change the oil. Thinking I'll check my rotor thickness and maybe face them if they're not too low. Also scooped a shirt for the wife since all the guy sizes were out, it was free for orders over $200. Not sure how their sizes go, but figure it'll be more of a night shirt for her doubt she would wear in public so went with a large size

Finally upgraded my Hero4 for a Hero8 for track days and ordered a wireless mic for picking up my exhaust. Much improved!
Not my fastest day (knocked my alignment waaaaay off when I went off the track), but this video shows off my new AV setup.

Hence the only AT set is for F3x only, you could nail the clutch cover to the wall...or sell it elsewhere BMW sells only this two options.
