I live in a small community and there are M models on that damn lot from 2018 !! I don't get these guys sometimes...but so happy for what I found. I'll go back to the guy and maybe on the 4th transaction we can cut to the quick on the numbers and not waste each others time.
Can I trouble you for your dealer info for 10% off custom? Looking to do ED M5 comp for cash purchase. Thanks!

I'm still working on getting couple of more quotes but so far noone is able to beat this number.

2019 M5 COMP PCKG. @ 122k MSRP
11.7% off MSRP
Selling price: 107760
.00128
60%
36months@10k miles
7 MSD (8400)
1181/month
1181DAS + 8400 MSD

OR same person same discount without the MSD

1251month + 1251 DAS

Most likely will go with the MSD option because I have this really bad habit of switching cars too often and I know once I had the MSD attached, it will be harder for me to get out so almost like a binding self agreement with myself. And plus, I will think of a 8400 CD with 30% return... I mean where can you get that type of return?!

Has anyone ever leased a bmw from a dealer that was really out of state, like 700+ miles away from your residence? If so, how was the car delivered? Were the dealers willing to work with you and transport the car? How much was the cost of transport?
Thanks

I have purchased a car from a private dealer out of state, pretty easy to get it to me (WI -> CO).
I have a car on order with an out of state dealer and my assumption is that they do enough out of state business to have the process streamlined (and I assumed buyer will pay all costs).
FWIW WI -> CO was ~900 for an enclosed trailer, I'm assuming 1,000-1,200 for CA -> CO. Enclosed trailer is a must IMO

100% of my BMWs were leased out of state. It was never an issue save for some california dealers as of a few months ago

Would anyone know when the lease rebates for m5s mature? We currently have 2500 loyalty and 2000 regular.
Does anyone recall what types of rebates were offered last year around Nov and Dec months?
Thanks.

So have a question for everyone. With the crazy bump in residuals which is completely abnormal is Oct the month to purchase. Seeing some of the lowest MF compared to post from a year ago. Getting around 10 percent off and looking for something above 11 off but pretty hard to find in Cali

Is this the month to take advantage or do you think the specials will continue until they clear this large 19 inventory

My only hesitation is I have a m4 lease due in March next year. Don’t want to add the remaining payments into the new car. No issues with the double payments but rather not. Need to fund the mods

So guess my question is, do you think things will get worse in Nov or possibly Dec

Current deal which j could work lower

130900k sticker
Discount before rebates 117900
4500 rebates
Mf .00133 this is with msd. Dealer won’t give me buy rate and stated has to have a 40 bps markup
3000 drive off plus 7 msd
36/10

1375 inc 9.25 tax

Hoping to get the deal to 11 percent and get the MF lower. Trying to keep payment under 1300

Some have posted 10 percent off for a 20. Not sure what the residuals are but at 60% for a 19 that’s a pretty good deal

total savings + rebate $12,095

You should be looking at $1180-1250 with zero down before tax for the first deal and around $1100- 1150 for the second one.
Shop around.

those are both terrible. But not bad for midwest somehow, local dealer quoted me $1270 a month with $2800 down on a DEMO 2018 M5 with an original MSRP of $106k.

They asked me why i got my other 6 BMW leases out of state and i told them that for some reason chicago area seems to always be so off the market rate and they agreed but said it would be different this time around. then they confidently presented those numbers

If its a 2019 you should be asking for 14%off and settling for atleast 11.5%. If 2020, 10% off even on factory order.
Ask for all incentives and rebates.
Ask for buy rate Money Factor which is 0.00128
Residual is 60%for 2019 which is great.
You can do the math now.

I'm getting closer.

MSRP $118,595
Selling price $102,359 (about 13.7% off)
$1719.28 due at signing
$1280/month
36 month / 10k miles

How does this look? Any room?
