In New Mexico. Buying in AZ though, but they apply NM taxes (5.125%). Taxes are included in that payment I posted. TX is pretty bad for leases no? Something about the tax structure with leases? Thought I remember that when looking into cars with El Paso BMW in the past. Drive off is $2420. First month + upfront taxes/fees.

yea i think texas taxes you on the price of the vehicle itself, instead of useage tax.

exactly, we dont often see as much MSRP discount on BMWs as dealers in other states are willing to do, and we get full 6.25% on the cap cost applied up front. That really hurts.

Damn, that's gross. Wonder why they're so anti-lease in the state tax code.

It's bad deal. I just got one from Socal for 10+% off plus 4500 rebate. Also, the MF is 0.00128.

Not a great deal. Try to get them to drop another $4k off the sale price and use the base MF of .00128. I'm assuming you're only getting a $2500 rebate because you aren't currently in a BMW? If you are, make sure they add another $2000 for loyalty onto the $2500 rebate. It's always helpful to reach out to multiple dealerships to see what they are willing to do for you. It's nice to have an offer from one dealer to use as leverage when negotiating with another dealer.

in NY taxes have to be paid up front?

thats' not bad, just make sure they aren't making you pay a little more up front in return for taking your m3 in early..

Any ideas on what happens to MY 2019 incentives, residuals in October? Also curious if anyone thinks there will be another reduction in MF given the Fed rate reduction a week or so ago?

residuals get released usually the first week of the new month.
