Bad Few Days with New F90 M5
1st, yesterday I get a PDC malfunction, which has since corrected and reset itself
2nd, tonight, with 400 miles on the car, driving in the Garden State Parkway, the Porsche Cayenne in front of me kicked up a large rock while driving 70 mph which slammed directly into the top of my windshield. Here is a pic of the subsequent crack: Windshield replacement scheduled for next week. So pissed |

Sorry that happened man, at least you took it in the glass and not the paint.
They'll have it fixed back to new in no time.

Yes really sorry to hear. Also glad it hit glass. Personally, I don't have the CF roof (but wanted one)....how bad is it to repair that if a rock were to chip the CF?

Ha! Same happened to me back when I had purchased a new F10 535i Sport! The car caught a rock/crack in lower driver-side corner!....just before the required A inspection to complete the registration! :-(

I'd be ecstatic that it didn't hit the roof.
