Oem lights require coding and a wire swap form one pin to another on the passenger side wire harness in the trunk if I recall. It’s a 15 min job. Don’t recall off the top of my head which pin it was but tons of videos and DIY on here on which pin to swap.
You don’t run wires to the front of the car like you do for the euro lights.
