I like some of the bells and whistles of the Mercedes interior. Exterior wise M5 looks better to me. If I was in the market for 130-140k sedan, I would take M5 based on pics. However I would definitely try them all and rs6 as well before spending the money so who knows who wins in my book....

I really really like the E63 rear end and the M5 front end. Hmm.

People keep mentioning the Merc interiors as something more luxurious, high quality etc. But to be honest I keep getting disappointed every time I sit in a Benz (not talking about the S class though). I don't know, the materials often feel cheaper to me and it seems like they use more plastic. Although the interiors look more impressive at first sight, but they don't always feel like that.

Interior goes to the E63 hands down.

Not sure about the Merc's headlights The new M5 will for sure be a stunner next to the E63

Front and rear go to the Merc--it just looks more German.
Side goes to the M5, classier lines but hate that front bumper chin profile. Interior comes down to what you value. Personally I think BMW is killing it in the interior space by continuing to retain a functional environment as opposed to form over all else. I do wish analog gauges were an option still. Quote:
The winner out of all of these is clearly the Alpina wagon Quote:

I prefer the M5 in every aspect.
The front of the E63 is too flat in my option, it makes the car feel less aerodynamic and looks taller, almost crossover style. |

The AMG Mercedes Fronts are so unagressive. They look docile and dumb, all look like base level C classes. Only Mercedes I'm currently interested in is the AMG GTR Black Series ( Even tho they made a GTR and GTR Pro, they're dumb as hell)
