Got car back from Shop, found damage on door!

So took car in this morning to have my windows replaced. I waited 3 hours until they finished. I took it to my cousin's place later in the evening to have it tinted like the rest of the car and noticed a fabric tear near the "locking" thing of the door.

Going to bring it to their attention tomorrow afternoon.

What are the chances of them not doing anything about it?!

trying being a leader and not a follower, grap your balls and demand you get your shit fixed. Whats the point of coming on a forum and asking unknown people what to do. Your car was damaged during a repair, it wasnt there before so go and get it fixed.
