Computing numbers for new 328i coupe lease deal, good/bad?
Hey guys,
So my lease on my 325i is finally expiring end of August and I'm ordering an E92 328i to replace the beloved. I'm running the numbers to calculate lease deals and this is what I've come up with. Is this pretty good? 328i $32,775 invoice/$35,600 msrp Comfort Access $455/$500 Power Seats $905/$995 Logic 7 $1,090/$1,200 Sport Package $1,010/$1,100 Dest charge $825 Total $37,060/$40,220 The residual for 36 mo., 12,000k mi a year should be 57%, and the money factor for June should be 0.00185 (pulled from bimmerfest.com). I'm hoping to price the car at $500 over invoice, and with 8.825% tax, i'm getting monthly payments of roughly $480/mo with the regular $2500 fee due at signing. Since I'm a current BMW lease customer, I don't think I have to pay the security deposit again. Does this look right? Any mistakes? And can I do better. I've talked to one sales guy so far and he said to just give him all the final numbers that I've researched or the offers from other dealerships, and he'll match or beat it (dunno how true to his words he'll be). So would $480 a month with all the said conditions be a good number to give? Thanks!

I had a service for my car yesterday and went to have a sales man run some numbers on a 335i sedan with all the same options you just listed. I was quoted 3000 down, 520 a month. Then when I asked about european delivery, the sales man said that he can knock my payments down to 450 a month. That is for sports package, cold weather, power seats, CA, metallic paint. This is for a 10,000 mile a year lease but he had the leasing calculator in front of me and payments would only be 20 dollars more expensive per month for 12,000 miles a year. I guess what im saying is, why pay 480 a month on a 328i coupe when you can get the twin turbos for the same price or even cheaper. And by the way, I was quoted these prices at Mauro Motors BMW in North Haven, CT. Hope this helps!

i recently ordered a 328xi -- msrp was 44,145. i paid 3500 up-front (included 8.275% sales tax) and 534 per month for 39 months. this is going to be slightly higehr bc i needed 15k mi per year.
based on what you sent, your deal looks to be about the same. |
