I recently bought a 2019 F90 with 17k miles and I’m starting to have issues with startup. It’ll start then die 2 seconds after, then startup fine the 2nd time. I believe it’s the fuel pump and was wondering if I should go with a OEM part or if there was a better aftermarket option. Lmk your opinions.

I also need to replace mines and wondering the same thing, all i can find is stage 3 pumps which i think is overkill if ur not planning on running 1200hp 😂

Same, all i could find were stage 3 and OEM ones.

Did you ever swap out the fuel pump? Was it high pressure or low pressure? I've been having the exact same issue with my car since I bought it in April.

I have the same issue intermittently, has issues when accelerating in 5th around 4-6k rpm like it’s starving for fuel, from what I’ve seen it’s the low pressure fuel pump.

I bought one and after it came in my issues were gone…

Mine (2019 M5 Comp) is doing exactly the same! Stalling when warm - ok on restart.

The attached codes are popping up.

Replacement LPFP due to be delivered tomorrow and I shall DIY install over this week depending on getting the fuel level in the tank down to a minimal level.

I shall report back if this has solved the issue.

Whilst I've already decided to swap it out, does anyone know if there is a sensor than can be viewed in BimmerLink when driving that shows whether the LPFP is operating within the normal parameters and what those parameters should be?
