Digital dash insert looks legit: https://www.apmotorsport.co.uk/produ...-dash-surround

But I can't believe the ABS plastic splitter costs over $2k: https://www.apmotorsport.co.uk/produ...front-splitter, that's more than most CF lips lol

Yep, outrageously priced...

Thought the whole point of a plastic splitter on that car was a cheaper replacement cost

Includes real brackets ($500)
After you smash it costs will be cheaper for just lip.
The CS road carbon lip is $3000 w. hardware.

So happy that all I want from that car is the rear spoiler, and hood.

I'm not sure how much tires cost there, but this seems like a crazy good price for 763M wheels and cup 2 tires.

If I had a CS racing and smashed my lip regularly, I'd probably just buy a plastic lip off of eBay/Ali for like $300 lol. Although I'm not sure if this is regulated by the racing series.

That is a crazy good price. Although, I would probably get that set for street use (since the stock rims are a bit skinny for wider tires on track) and Cup 2's aren't that great on the street - might be okay in CA

Even with shipping to the US (around $4000 USD total), thats like $1000 off anything we can find here.

I know some vendor selling 763m for around 3k. If you really need those cup2, this might be a good deal.

Totally is. If you look at just the wheels on the website, it’s the same price. So might as well get the tires for free!

Really good parts but very high prices,
I really wanted the CS racing front splitter but I'm not going to spend 2k for it

On my M4 I paid 220£ for the genuine M performance plastic one

Agreed on the AIM dash and surround--anyone know how much of a PITA this would be to install?

Seems like the F80 folks have this thread: https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1248517

Which indicates it's "about as hard as an AWRON gauge install": https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1017936

Maybe I'll ask the dealer next time I'm in for service if they have any installation instructions.

Both links above are the same?

But to your question, there are a few additional wires that seem like they need to be spliced into their adapter (such as headlights, etc.).

Also, I had a discussion last night about this, but what about features you may lose? One that comes to mind is that the service interval resets are displayed OEM dash (amongst other diagnostic menus). Does the AIM dash support display this sort of information?

Gah, the first link should be: https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1248517, updated.

Its been done by MKR. Their version is also a lot cheaper!

For the aim you likely just need power, ground and can hi/lo. Just tap into the can like AWRON (I want to make myself a harness for this and not splice in) and for power go for the 12v cig lighter outlet under the dash.
