multiple codes wont go away bad dme?

i have a 2007 328i. im getting bank 2 misfires cylinders 4-6. new plugs and coil packs were installed.im also getting a code for ibs sensor missing, water pump speed deviation, passenger airbag sensor and the o2 sensor code is 2c3f signal lines for bank 1. i replaced bank 1 and 2 precat o2 sensors with bosch that it calls for. when hooking a scanner to the car it says bank 1 o2 precat is 3.06v constantly basically and bank 2 precat o2 1.75 range. Its showing bank 1 active and bank 2 not active on the scan tool. Im guessing i need a new dme because its never an easy fix for me. im gonna try to find a wiring diagram for the dme so i can test continuity in the o2 wiring but does anyone have any other suggestions? What is the easiest and cheapest way of installing a used dme to the car? Ive seen kits on ebay for dme, ews, keys and locks etc for about $250 but if i purchased that wont i need some kind of coding done for injectors etc? This is my first bmw so im kind of learning as i go but the car was purchased with the issues it has. Any help would be greatly appreciated as im in a small town with no bmw techs to look at it. Sorry for the ugly post but i dont know how to make it look good lol
