Just to add to the confusion I had about it. Bavauto who supplied the strut&spring kit replied back saying to reuse existing, turner motorsports who supplied the install kit said to use new ones. I'm going with the new ones but figured I'd mention that in case someone else happens to search as I did. As mentioned this is for the rears only since the fronts have integrated stops.
