Also, I took the car out for test drive (for 2 days) and car is very normal and strong.
Even at 6500mile since the last engine oil change, the oil level is still at full.
I'll post more update after I acquire the car.

Even still, if they had to wait 5K miles for the differential oil and even though the warranty was still intact, the owner should have still had the engine oil changed. Just seems lazy or a lack of care
