Step 1: Pull the hood release lever twice to unlatch the hood. Subsequently, raise it up to gain access to the front grille tabs.
Step 2: Use a pick tool to depress the three tabs along the top of the front grille. Afterwards, pull the grille towards you with uniform pressure to remove it. For night vision cars, please pull gently and remove the connectors / clamp the hose. Repeat on the other side.
Step 3: With both grilles removed, use a pick tool to gently release the center grille trim working from top to bottom. There are tabs on each side.
Step 4: To fully remove the center grille trim, gently pull the bumper extension towards you. This will free up space for the grille trim to move freely.
Step 5: Installation of the iND painted center grille trim is simply a reverse procedure of the removal. Start by inserting the piece into the bumper and pushing the clips into place working upward with uniform pressure.
Step 6 : With the center grille trim properly installed, snap the front grille set into place with uniform pressure. For night-vision owners, re-install the connections and remove the hose clamp.
