Considering People are getting huge discounts on the 2008 e90 still in inventory (as much as 8k off) it will be hard to sell.
I think the price is fair, getting it appraises will do little as it will not reflect eh current supply and demand for this car. Especially with the redesigned 09 e90 M only a couple of months away.
In my opinion, you'll probably have to do 10 grand off to get a buyer.
