For the regular 2-Day M School and Advanced M Schools, you will get a ride along before the exercise begins. They'll show you the course, make some points, and then push it hard. Then you'll get back in your car for lead-follow and build up speed.

The hot laps are all nannies off, which won't happen during your session (MDM only)
