The leaderboard doesn't reveal the tuner until you dig into each individual placeholder's time so it'd take a long time to figure that out. As far as I know, there's no web interface to help that query. I've reviewed perhaps the top 50 or so 1/4 mile times and I haven't encountered a car that says it's RC-tuned. Note, though, that a lot of cars in that top 50 often say stock when they're clearly not.
You can also look yourself with or without a Dragy by installing the app.
