I think his first step is to make amends with you (Ive been treated rather well by him). I would suggest that he sends you a Venmo dollar amount to cover some future mods or a front lip?

I think this first step to a cure would be acceptable to you and society as a whole.
Edit: if he takes Yoga and can put his legs behind his head, he will never come here again. We need to see improvement.
