Ok so I've been planning and plotting to take over the world, and build a mean e93. Her name is going to be the Beast.
Did a factory delivery of a 2008 artic white/saddle 335i e93 with manual trans and every option except Idrive, active steering, and winter package.
A few years ago I added:

15% tint all windows.

So now with 226, 000 miles and the turbos crapped out, I decided to big or go home. I started the build last year but got laid off and put it on hold. Now I'm back and getting ready.
At this point I have:

-KW V2 coilovers with 1" front drop, 1/2" rear
-M3/TRW front control arms
-M3 Strut tower brace
-VRSF 7" FMIC with aluminum downpipes

-Breyton Race CS rims 19x8.5 et.30 front, 19x9.5 et.35 rear
-Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires 235/35-19 front, 275/30-19 rear
-Stoptech drilled and slotted rotors, pads
-OEM Aero front lip and Msport rear bumper, M3 side skirts
-Laser Interceptor Jammers
-Hard wired a Garmin GPS and Valentine One radar detector
-JL touring carbon fiber rear wing
-Black and white carbon fiber roundels
-Clear reflectors
-Smart Top module
-Cree 80w angel eyes
-M3 steering wheel with Alcantara trim
-ZSP short weighted shift knob
-15% window tint
-Rogue Engineering transmission mounts
Doing now:
-Vargas stage 2+ turbos with 9 blade Garrett clipped turbos, 6x6 billet compressor, 20T drive gear
-ER charge pipe with tial bov
-VRSF catless downpipes
-BMS clutch valve and clutch stop
-Fuel-it stage 3 double LPFP
-MHD with Motiv/PTF tune
-Motiv fuel rail stage 2
-Motiv dual disc clutch and dual mass flywheel. 1000hp rated
-AKG black subframe bushings
-NGK plugs
-MMP inlet pipes
I'm going to replace:
-Coils if needed
-Injectors if needed. I have the new post recall ones now
-Valve cover gasket
-Oil filter housing gasket
-Serpentine belt
-PCV if needed
-Walnut blast if needed
-Have all bushings checked and replaced as needed
-Replace laser interceptors with ALP setup
-touch up a rear bumper rub
I've also done:
-New radiator
-New water pump
Next year
-Avant Garde Form 420 wheels 19x9 et.30 front, 19x11 et.42 rear in liquid bronze with polished clearcoat barrels
-245/35-19 front and 305/30-19 rear Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 rubber.
-Rear fender roll.
-Amuse or M1 or M3 replica front bumper with carbon fiber splitter
-F30 380mm Msport Performance Brembo front brakes in orange or BMW blue and paint rear calipers to match
-Cool Carbon brake pads
-M3 Brake master cylinder
Possible additional work:
-328 rear brakes
-16" rear wheels with 28"slicks for the track
-Carbon creations executive hood
-repaint in Sakhir Orange leaving revealed portions of the carbon fiber hood etc.
-Forcewerkz carbon fiber side skirt extenders
