I believe if you order the full merino option you get merino on the dash and upper door trim areas as opposed to the sensatec. Also the glove area that wraps underneath the AC controls are merino leather as opposed to plastic as well. (US specs)
I’m surprised a car of this caliber doesn’t come standard with the full merino.
