Qi is independent of NFC. That's a little crazy to conclude... to each their own. I've used wireless charging for 7+ years now and beverage had an issue with the built in wireless charger on my last 2 BMWs |
NFC was always triggered when I was trying to charge it. I don't have any solid evidence that that's what caused it. But I just have this weird feeling that it might be.
