The correct process is to contact the store where you purchase it from.
That is why they get wholesale pricing.
The profit they make is to compensate the time taking care the customer.
Not just selling it at 5% profit then no after sales service.
But again, your position is a tough one.
Even if you purchase from me, I will say that it wasn't installed properly.
You know your car condition better than the manufacturer and reseller.
If you have a pretty beaten up bumper, you'll need to secure it better.
Either with more screw or betalink.
