Another thing is installation process, maybe the double sided tape got dirt or grease on it.
Overall my verdict is installation issue.
I have installed a few at my shop, and so far, all of them are still intact.
Even the one that hit a curb, it still attached to the bumper, just cracked.

I used ethanol to clean, then I used windex n then alcohol wipes just to be sure. It was good got 3 weeks almost n suddenly today it came off.
