I am assuming you are referring to activating rear fog lights.
They completely changed the electronics on these switches and that mod is no longer applicable.
I have purchased a Euro switch which also still doesn't activate the rear fogs.
From the research I have done, G20's are no longer wired from the factory for the rear fogs even if you activate rear fogs via coding.
