Sport auto time:
M4 competition xdrive (7:28) MRSP - $82,700 (possible to get MSRP)

OEM factory driver time:
M4 CSL (7:15) MSRP - $139,900 (MSRP was obtained by some)
992 GT3 (6:55) MSRP - $169,700 (good luck..)
So Porsche still wins with the highest trim cars (as expected). but at 100k ADM for a gt3 I would rather get an exotic. Mid trim you can’t beat the value/performance ratio of the G8x platform with anything from Porsche, unless you go 992 GTS for a cool 100k more than a G8x. I get driving feel/steering come into play but I would take a G80 over a carrera S any day and save ~60k (factoring in options and ADM) for equal/better straight line and track performance. |
