I hope they increase the redline for the M3 pure. The ZF 8HP is almost assuredly the only reason they capped it at 7200. One of the specs listed for the engine show that it makes peak power between 5950-7300rpm. That could be a typo, but it could also mean the engine can have a higher redline.
