Yea, I meant to type 4S. Car and Driver recorded better times with the 4S over the P Zero and I don't understand why BMW won't put the better tire on the Comp package by default. |
In my experience, P zero handles heat much better than the ps4s on a track. The PS4S starts to burn tread really badly and unevenly with even pieces starting to fall off after 4-5 minutes of driving hard. The p zero is able to be abused much worse with less damage. That's just my experience with heavy cars and street tires on track, but pilot sports have always been more suitable for comfort and shorter moments of aggressive driving than full on track abuse.
