I don't have the adjustment manual to post but it's not that hard, just jack the car up, loosen a few bolts, slide the plate, and tighten.

HOWEVER - I was planning on adjusting back and forth between track and street trim. On the M2, this is not a good idea. While the car was on the alignment rack, we took the time to align the car to -2.5 degrees camber with 0 toe, then adjust back to 0 degrees of camber for street and re-measure everything. Unfortunately, toe gets adjusted by ridiculous amounts when you adjust for camber. If you switch back and forth between camber settings your toe will be so out of wack that you will cause rapid wear on street and track. So I settled on a full time compromise of -2.5 camber and zero toe. I wish I could do -3 with a bit of toe in on track, but the wear on the street would be too great.
