I just placed an order today for an Evo III kit for my 128i. Rob told me they are on back order but it shouldn't be longer then a week for them to get them in.
He is not charging anything to my credit card until shipped. I have had gerat experience so far with them. I ordered a shifter for my E34 2 years ago
