Can't confirm about the majority of the stock midpipe, but I know the end where you would cut it before the axleback portion at the dimple is 80mm. The stock midpipe changes shape to more of an oval for parts of it. The Dinan midpipe is 3.25" evenly shaped throughout, or roughly 82.5mm. If installing the Dinan midpipes with the stock axleback, it will just slide right into the Dinan pipe.
