Well out of the box the CP feels quicker power wise and steering more focused and cornering much tighter, that coupled with the sound (which is addictive) it's a better car IMO. But my M5S was /is getting better power wise with miles after 5700 miles it was quicker for sure, so if your happy with the STD car not being "tighter all round" then stick with that IMO, if you drive on many very poor roads the CP will let you know, but it's still not that bad on them.
