You could always move to FL where we don’t have that problem
I lived in Minneapolis back in 1982/3 for a few months and the damn car would literally get frozen to the ground; unbelievable. I solved that problem and joined the Air Force. Eventually got stationed near Cocoa Beach (Patrick AFB). I spent most of my 10-year career there. I never did go back to visit MN...
