I believe the car is superior to my former '01 E46 330Ci, SP. I enjoyed driving the E90, whereas I never really enjoyed my E46. The only complaint that I have is the beeping if the driver does not buckle his/her seat belt within 1-2 minutes from driving off. It continuously goes off until you buckle it. I am still not crazy about the front end of the car when it is viewed straight on.
