Yea, my main concern is warranty repair of parts actually related to the software.. like turbos going bad. What would happen if the turbos begin to smoke at 10k miles? BMW would definitely blame it on dinan but turbos have gone bad on cars with stock software. Another problem is whether BMW will come out with their own software upgrade. I would hate to buy dinan only to have bmw software upgrade available 2-3 months later..
