There's a lot of confusion regarding warranty work. Dinan warrants their work, the flash. If it causes an engine problem, Dinan picks up the tab. If the clutch pedal brakes off and you have a Dinan flash, BMW repairs/replaces the clutch pedal (unless they can prove it broke because of the Dinan tune ; -). That how it's supposed to work, theoretically speaking. But remember, theory goes out the window when the rubber meets the road. ; -)
