Dinan will claim that the part that failed had nothing to do with the tune. BMW will claim that the tune broke the motor. And the driver is stuck with the bill. This has happened many times. Do a search on broke motors and you will see similar stories. Has Carbahn offered to show you copies of receipts of motors they have replaced/repaired after tune? That would be a must, not someones 'word'.
