I'm loving my 2012 w/~80K miles. IIRC the only mechanical issue was a leaking oil line for the turbo (replaced the whole turbo under CPO), needed a new battery and the rear passenger door actuator failed. I have paid for a trans flush, rear end oil change and alignment. I took the free combox (I guess that's what they replaced) upgrade also.
I'm planning on getting a CPO '14 by Spring.
