I would get an attorney ASAP. This is going to cost you a lot of money, and time. Say by by to your insurance rates also.
However, with that said, your an adult and chose to Drink and Drive, now you have to pay the consequenses, just count your blessings you did not hit or kill another person/car or your problems would be much much worse.
