IMO, edit your post so as not to incriminate yourself, and get a lawyer, for starters.

When is your court date? If it's after europe, you can still drive there. If it's scheduled for before then, you can't. If it's scheduled for while you're there, trip canceled.

Seriously though, lawyer up fast. Remove your first post, or at least the incriminating parts of it. You could go to jail. Your car insurance will probably be revoked for serveral years if you're convicted. Picking up the car should be the least of your worries. If you're convicted, you won't be able to drive it for a long time.
