that sucks man.

it's hard to do but never ever do the field sobriety test or the breathalyzer test. the rule is always delay and go for the blood test. the field tests are either subjective or not very reliable. anyway that is moot now.

get a good dui attorney. i sat on a jury for a dui and the defense attorney was amazing. it is pretty easy to poke holes in a dui case. for example, in the one i sat in, they couldn't introduce the BAC because they couldn't get someone to testify that the machine had been properly calibrated as required.
