This deal will only work if you drive less then 10k miles a year. you can try to negotiate that price lower as the margins on extended warranty and maintenance plan are really high.
Third party extended warranty from a reputable company should be cheaper with more years/mileage coverage. You have to make sure you read through and compare the coverage items vs the dealer warranty. Also make sure there is a cap on claim limits.
