It depends on the program you sign up for. M School will allow for drifting on the drift pad. What you see in the video is likely the instructor demo they do at the end of the day with students in the car. They use the M5 because you can fit more people in it and they can get through the people faster. On M School days they used the M3, which is easier to drift. The M5's are heavy and tend to go into limp mode on hot days. I would limp after 3 fast laps at Thermal.

"Catch me if you can" is standard. Really fun to reach you limit and see how skilled these instructors really are. I think I'm totally pushing it and then the instructor says "okay we're going to increase the pace" and I like "wtf I can't go any faster!" But then you do and it'a such a great experience.
