It is not high grade Titanium.
High grade Titanium can't be bent and exhaust noise will be raspier.
Akrapovic is using stainless mixed Titanium, and charge you a full Titanium price.
Stainless is softer material and make the exhaust noise deeper. |
Sorry buddy but I need to correct you on that.
You can bend full Titanium tubes.
There are tubing bending Maschine. Similar to mandrel bending.
It needs to be formed very slow and, if radius is small, tube needs to be heated first. All depending on radius and wall thickness.

It depends on which grade.
When I used to work for Japanese company that do Full Titanium exhaust, we have to do pie cut and weld the pipes to do turn.
And compared to Akra, it is much2 lighter for a similar full system like Akra.
