PS4S do more than fine in the wet; they are amazing. I have them on my M4 and M5. As far as cold goes the grip does drop off as you approach freezing and should not be driven in near freezing or lower temps. Letting the tire temps approach freezing is bad for the rubber compound and can cause cracks to form. So based off of that good luck choosing a tire for your vehicle.
