Got a reply from my dealer saying that the Anthracite top is a standard equipment for M40i in Hong Kong and it is difficult for them to change it back to Black. Even if they can, they will have to charge me.

When i was first playing with the builder online, i didnt want anything to do with the moonlight/anthracite top. But, the black sapphire that they had at the dealer (that i ended up getting) had it and it looked fantastic. With everything else being black the roof added a really nice & subtle contrast. Absolutely happy with the pick.
