What I will advise is if you do have one, drive it to your hearts content as in 3 years time a car with 30000miles on it as apposed to 10 or 20k will not really change the market value, just make it easier to sell.. I'd rather enjoy it for the 3 year and sell it for what it's worth at the time, no need to not drive this car in fear of high mileage.
